This time of year has got to be the worst in terms of what to wear everyday. Like its cold but lets be honest we all want spring to come a lot quicker than it actually is. I have been trying to only buy pieces that I am definitely going to wear and get a good amount of wear out of which I think I have managed to do.
This is the perfect time of year to get those pieces which you can wear now as well as during the english summer. We all know its not going to be hot here in England so this time of year is the perfect time to stock up on spring time pieces which you can wear throughout the year.
So lets begin with a beautiful Topshop number..
If you know me, I’m not one for colour BUT pink is a colour I like to wear now and then. The best bit is pink goes with everything in my wardrobe because I’m usually wearing black, white or grey so this a good piece for my wardrobe. I bought this purely because I loved the colour and when its worn open it looks very on trend and cool. I don’t really know what I mean by cool but it just looks very current and can easily be dressed up or down. You can even wear this as a dress which is win win. This will be featured in an outfit post coming very soon!
Another beautiful piece from Topshop is this off the shoulder bardot top in this lovely navy colour. I don’t own anything Navy and I often forget how well this colour works with my skin tone. I love a bardot top and it makes me very happy to know that I will be able to start wearing them again very soon. When I saw this I had to buy it. Its the perfect transitional bardot top which I will easily be able to wear in the summer as well as now. I wore this on a night out recently with some jeans and it was the perfect in between of dressy and casual.
This dress is to die for and honestly I can’t wait to wear it in the summer. Sounds a little bit weird I know but like all these pieces they’re great for now but will easily work in the summer. This dress will be featured in an outfit post coming very very soon which I am super excited to share with you. Honestly you’re all going to want it when you see it on. Who doesn’t love a bit of sleeve action?
This top you might have already seen if you follow me on Instagram. This is a amazing Zara find which honestly looks so much more expensive than it actually is. Only down side is that it creases so easily which maybe isn’t so worth it in the long run but I don’t care, I love it. Its super girly and would look fab with a cute pair of shorts and sandals in the summer. This is another piece which is going to be featured in an outfit this month so keep your eyes peeled and make sure you’re following me!
These we’re a little bit of a random buy but I saw them and just needed them. I am going on holiday in April so thats my justification. I found these beautiful rose gold sunnies on ASOS for £10 which I mean is a total bargain. They look super sassy when they’re on which I love! Cant wait for the sun to come out so that I can look super sassy all day everyday.
If you often read my blog posts or follow me on Instagram, you would have probably already seen this back pack. I found this on the Mango website and instantly needed it in my wardrobe. It goes with everything and I absolutely love the silver hardware.
The shoes are a new purchase from Topshop. I have been wanting these for ages but because its been so cold, I knew I wouldn’t get the wear out of them but since its warmed up a little I thought why not pick them up. I actually love them and they make a change from wearing vans every single day of my life. Better yet they cost £20 which is great for a pair of shoes which are on trend and comfortable. These will also be featured in a post coming this month.
What are you’re favourite pieces from this post? I have to admit the Missguided dress is definitely my favourite!
