I absolutely love the model off duty look and its something I have tried to adapt into my own style. If you’re not sure what model off duty is… well its basically a simple outfit which model wears when they’re not working. Models such as Kendall Jenner or Kate Moss always go for these type of looks. Its often jeans and top in a trendy way. This is just what I’ve taken from it but its a look I like to re create. I love wearing jeans (all the time, I need help) and teaming them with a simple top but styling it in a way which is on trend.
For this outfit, It is pretty straight forward. I will start with the jeans. The majority of my jeans are Jamie jeans from Topshop, they’re the comfiest and look like jeans and I’m all about jeans being comfy but actually looking like jeans. The Joni jeans from Topshop have a legging quality to them which I am really not keen on. These jeans give a nice edge to an outfit. I have teamed them with this striped turtle neck…i think…Jumper/top which is the perfectly length and hits exactly where my jeans fit around my waist which I love. I like that when you move you every so often show a little bit of skin. I don’t know, I like it. Obviously because its cold now, I can’t be going out without a jacket. This is a simple faux lather jacket from Missguided which I wear all the time. Its also the perfect length and hits the right spot without looking too long. In terms of shoes, I have added these chunky sock boots which give a cool edge to the outfit. I have just bought a new pair of boots which will be featured in SO many posts to come Im in love with them. Those are more of a feminine boot but they would be the perfect pair of boots for this outfit if chunky boots aren’t really your thing. Finally, I have teamed the look with my Anya Hindmarch bag which is such a classic and really finished off the model off duty vibe.
