I know I’m late with this one but I have been busy getting used to my new job which has lead to my blog taking a back seat for the last few weeks but now I’m back and with a favourites post. Im not usually one to have favourites each month as I tend to stick to the same things but since I haven’t done one before and Ive got a few new bits and bobs to show you, I thought this would be the perfect time. Weirdly enough half of this months favourites are beauty and I’m not gal thats buys heavily into beauty so this is new for me. But I’ll begin with what I know best, Fashion.
1. Old Skool Vans
If you follow me on Instagram, you would have seen these a lot. I can’t stop wearing them, its like they’re glued to my feet. I never used to be much of a black trainer girl apart from my black converse, I swear by those babies. I guess in a way these are pretty similar to black converse but these are definitely suited to a certain type of person. Im not sure I’m that type of person but I’ll rock them none the less. The only down side is they rub the back of my feet like no tomorrow so I have to wear blister plasters EVERY time I wear them which is a pain in the bum. Other than that, they’re an item which I would highly recommend you add to your wardrobe, especially for the autumn winter months.
2/3. H&M Sunnies and Coconut Lane Phone Case
These two have been put together because they have not left my side all month. Starting with the sunnies, I absolutely love these £6 babies I bought at the start of the summer. I have an amazing pair of Quay Australia sunnies which I absolutely love and would wear every day if I could but these just have something classic and girly about them which I love. I think its the idea of having a less harsh version of a tortoiseshell pair of sunnies. If you follow me on Instagram, you may know about coconut-lane.com and the sassiness that it provides. I bought this phone case from them a while back and I still love it, Its like all favourite things in one – my phone, marble and pink. Their phone cases are amazing and they have an array of different cases to choose from.

4. Bobbi Brown Nude Finish Tinted Moisturiser
I bought this tinted moisturiser on a whim ages ago, loved it and then forgot about it. Ive re discovered it and now I remember why I loved it to begin with. It’s a light coverage but with concealer can give the perfect light coverage for those days when your skin is looking good. Im not someone who spends much money on my make up but this is a product which is definitely worth the money and is even good to mix with your foundation if you want a little bit more coverage.
This is literally the highlighter of dreams, its heavily. If you have it, you’ll know. Its also so incredibly hard to get hold of and my sister actually found it and bought it for me. Thanks sis. This palette provides the perfect night out highlight. I personally think it can be a little too much for a day to day look but I mean I would still wear it during the day because its that beaut. It’s one of those products which you have to use to know how good it is. If you manage to get your hands on it, its well worth the money.
5. How To Be Single DVD
This has become one of my favourite movies and Im a girl who has a very small collection of favourite movies. I absolutely love the message that this film puts across and if you haven’t seen it, I would highly recommend. It just makes you realise how being single isn’t a bad thing an actually you get get a lot out of being single. Im going to do a fun post soon about being single and what this movie has taught me so keep your eyes peeled for that. Im a single pringle and its something that Im enjoying at this moment of life. Yay to being single!
Hope you enjoyed this post, Let me know if you have any favourites which you think I should give a try!
